Op 6 maart berichtte ik over het hernieuwde gevangen zetten van de uitgeprocedeerde Soedanees Mohamed Isim Alla. Na drie dagen politiecel werd hij overgebracht naar het Huis van Bewaring in Ter Apel. Nach fast fünfeinhalb Jahren erhielten nun vier Kläger einen Beschluss des Landgerichts Lüneburg zur Rechtswidrigkeit ihrer Ingewahrsamnahme bei einem Castortransport nach Gorleben im Jahr 2001. De rechter vond het hardhandig duwen en slaan van clowns door de politie,volstaan als rechtmatig geven van een politiebevel om zich te verwijderen. De rechter vond het daarbij niet belangrijk dat de basis van (dreigende) verstoring van de openbare orde helemaal niet van toepassing was. Ze vond het ook niet belangrijk dat de agenten een hele rijke fantasie hadden in de verhaaltjes die ze in het proces-verbaal hadden geschreven.  UNITED Nations special rapporteur Philip Alston gave an oral report to the UN Human Rights Council yesterday of the preliminary findings and recommendations in connection with his 10-day visit to the country in February to investigate extrajudicial killings.
