Courtcase Lauriergracht 73 TOMORROW!

After being squatted for almost 10 years we will have a court case tomorrow (kortgeding).
One of the owners is a big speculator called Dick van de Oudeweetering.
He is very known for taking really bad care of his property and of the people living in there.
There are some stories of people that had to leave their house of being neglected so bad they couldn't stay anymore because it was to dangerous to stay there.
The owner(s) are saying they want to start in our house the 1st of april 2012, eventhough there are still renters on one of the floors. They are already renting this apartment for 50 years, and they did not hear anything about a starting date of this work.
The house used to be social housing and they want to renovate it and ask around 2000 euros for each floor!
There is no (up to date) contact with a contracter. They didn't show us real proper proof they will start at that date. We don't believe the work will actually start then, they just try to get rid of us!
