This month, new initiative Queers4Climate come together to create a queer bloc for the climate strike on 27 sept, we also have the documentary screenings De Rebelse Stad and Zad Everywhere, a Book launch of Punk graffiti (1977-1983). Ever wanted to try your hand at Public Speaking>>> Join the Public Speaking Course , happening every thursday this month. Come show your support and raise funds for the Burmese Children Benefit.
And don’t forget to join in our regular events: choir, yoga, diy bike repair, Good Societies and more. Edit: even though not on the poster Radical Fringe Salon is happening every Saturday 14:00-17:00.
NieuwLand is solidary and self-built space for living and working, and a non-commercial, volunteer-run social-political centre in Dapperbuurt, Amsterdam Oost. The NieuwLand collective organises a monthly program with documentary, film and discussion nights, workshops, garden days, chess nights, and other social, cultural and political events for the neighbourhood and beyond.
