[Nederlands beneden] In June 2019 the next Ende Gelände action will take place just across the border with Germany. Here, one of the biggest lignite mines in the world is located. In the light of the recent climate struggles, it is very important to come in action against this most polluting fossil fuel source.

Ende Gelände organizes yearly actions directed towards climate justice and the end of coal. This year it will take place in the weekend from 19 to 24 June.

In this Basta! evening we will discuss what EG is all about, how the action is structured and how you can participate! There will be a short video, an interactive part and a Q&A session with people who have already participated in the last years.

In juni 2019 is de volgende actie van Ende Gelände. Deze vindt plaats net over de grens met Duitsland. Hier bevindt zich een van de grootste bruinkoolmijnen ter wereld. In het licht van de recente klimaatproblematiek is het erg belangrijk om in actie te komen tegen deze meest vervuilende fossiele brandstof.

Ende Gelände organiseert jaarlijkse acties gericht op klimaatrechtvaardigheid en het einde van kolen. Dit jaar zal het plaatsvinden in het weekend van 19 tot en met 24 juni.

In deze Basta! infoavond bespreken we waar EG over gaat, hoe de actie is gestructureerd en hoe je kunt deelnemen! Er is een korte video, een interactief gedeelte en een Q&A sessie met mensen die al de afgelopen jaren hebben deelgenomen aan de acties.
