“Los geht’s” 2017 - Kommuja network
Welcome to the website “Los geht’s” 2017!
This year, the event will take place from 20th to 24th of July (Thursday-Monday) at community Lebensbogen near Kassel.
What is “Los gehts”?
It is a four-day camp organized every two years by the Kommuja network, a group of political communities (in german-speaking countries).
In order to support the establishment of communities, we would like to offer a space for questions on the topic of commune as well as space for getting to know each other, exchange and networking. Indivduals interested in community life are just as welcome as people who have already gathered in groups. In addition, there will be the opportunity to get acquainted with existing communties (and to talk to each other).
Designed to accommodate about 300 people, we plan a program, which includes not only various workshops and discussions, but also an evening program with concerts, a performance of a play and parties. There will be child care during the day.
Reduce barriers
We would like to invite everyone to participate at “Los geht’s”. If you need help or support for your stay or if there are any language barriers, please mention this in your registration or let us know in advance. There is a team that is taking care about the participation of all. If you have experience and knowledge in assisting, or has special language skills and would like to support other participants, please also note this at your registration. For those who can not raise the participation costs, there is the possibility to note this at the registration. We will try to make price reductions then.
