Op zondag 10 juli zal er een arrestantengroep zijn voor de actie "Poetin stoppen! Is FvD slopen!". Als arrestantengroep zetten wij ons in om juridische en praktische steun te bieden aan jullie op straat. Er is een advocaat die klaar staat mochten mensen geconfronteerd worden met politierepressie.

De advocaat voor de actie van zondag is Willem Jebbink van kantoor Jebbink Soeteman Advocaten, te bereiken op +31 6-55791837. Als je bent gearresteerd, vraag dan om deze advocaat. Je hebt recht op je eigen advocaat, neem daarom ook niet een andere (piket)advocaat aan. Het is ook mogelijk dat een kantoorgenoot van Jebbink komt. Vraag hoe dan ook altijd om het kaartje van advocaat, hier hoort Jebbink Soeteman op te staan.

Indien nodig is er ook een vreemdelingenrechtadvocaat beschikbaar: Willem Blaauw van kantoor Blaauw Advocaten. Deze advocaat zal zorg dragen voor arrestanten die in vreemdelingenbewaring worden gesteld.

Verhoor door de politie is er enkel op gericht om bewijs te verzamelen tegen jou en/of je medeactivisten. Je bent niet verplicht iets te verklaren dus maak daar dan ook gebruik van! Het beste antwoord is geen antwoord of "geen commentaar". Antwoorden als "Ik heb dat niet gedaan" impliceren dat iemand anders het wel heeft gedaan, daarom "geen commentaar". De politie mag tegen je liegen, trap daar niet in.

Het verhoor is niet de plek om discussie te voeren of je punt te maken.
Houdt je sterk, je bent niet alleen!

Het kan gebeuren dat je onder stress toch per ongeluk iets hebt verklaard. Schaam je daar niet voor, dit kan iedereen overkomen. Laat dit echter wel even weten aan de AG en je advocaat.

Hieronder nog even je rechten, mocht je gearresteerd worden:
- je hebt recht op je medicatie
- je hebt het recht anoniem te blijven
- je hebt recht op vegan/vegetarisch/halal/kosjer eten
- je hebt recht op een tolk bij verhoor
- je hebt het recht om te zwijgen: "Geen commentaar!"

De AG staat voor je klaar, tijdens en na de actie via +31 6-84073278 (ook via Signal) of sloop_fvd [at] riseup [dot] net. Zie je een arrestatie, geeft dit door aan de AG. Vermeld geen namen, geef een beschrijving.

Heb je informatie over arrestaties of politiegeweld? Of direct praktische support nodig? We zijn te bereiken via Signal, door te bellen en per mail (bij voorkeur met PGP versleuteling. Onze public key vind je onderaan).

Denk eraan goed na te denken over wat je ons telefonisch of per e-mail vertelt; zorg ervoor dat er geen juridisch gevoelige informatie in staat en noem geen namen! Gebruik bij voorkeur PGP-encryptie voor de e-mails die je ons stuurt. Je vindt onze openbare PGP-sleutel onderaan dit bericht.

Ben je gearresteerd, laat de AG dan achteraf per e-mail weten waar dit heeft plaatsgevonden en, indien van toepassing, wat er in je dagvaarding of schikkingsvoorstel stond.

Laat ons ook zo snel mogelijk telefonisch weten dat je bent vrijgelaten!

There will be an arrest support group for the action "Stopping Putin means destroying the FvD!" on Sunday 10 July. As arrest group, we are committed to providing legal and practical support to you on the streets. There is a joint lawyer available if people get confronted by police repression.

Our lawyer for Sunday’s protest is Willem Jebbink from the office Jebbink Soeteman Advocaten. His phone number is +31 6-55791837. In case you get arrested, ask for this lawyer. You are entitled to your own lawyer, so do not hire another (picket) lawyer. It is also possible that an office mate of Jebbink's will come. In any case, always ask for the lawyer's card, Jebbink Soeteman should be on it.

If needed, there will be a immigration lawyer standby: Willem Blaauw from the office Blaauw Advocaten. This lawyer will take care of detainees who are placed in foreign detention.

Police interrogation is only aimed at gathering evidence against you and/or your fellow activists. You are not obliged to declare anything, so make use of it! The best answer is no answer or "no comment". Answers like "I didn't do that" imply that someone else did, therefore "no comment". The police can lie to you, don't fall for that.

The interrogation is not the place to discuss or make your point.
Stay strong, you are not alone!

It can happen that you have accidentally stated something under stress. Don't be ashamed of that, this can happen to anyone. However, please let the AG and your lawyer know.

Here are your rights if you are arrested:
- you are entitled to your medication
- you have the right to remain anonymous
- you are entitled to vegan/vegetarian/halal/kosher food
- you have the right to an interpreter during interrogation
- you have the right to remain silent: "No comment!"

The AG is at your service during and after the action via +31 6-84073278 (also via Signal) or sloop_fvd [at] riseup [dot] net. If you see an arrest, report this to the AG. Do not mention names, give a description.
