Hier kun je discussieren over ACU attempted to keep statutes secret.
Statutes of foundations are available at the chamber of commerce, also the ACU ones. that however is an extra step to take and costs a little. In reaction to the refusal of ACU to provide them by email they were requested from the chamber of commerce and here they are.
The annual-reports were also asked for and refused. ACU is obliged to keep them, but not to hand them over to the chamber of commerce. Hopefully ACU will change their mind and publicise them. The measures to publicise them without ACU's consent might escalate the situation even further.

Hé stelletje kleuters, hou eens op met dat gekat. Ik geloof best dat er wat mis is bij het ACU. En van tijd tot tijd heeft elke organisatie wel zijn problemen. Maar de manier waarop de zogenaamde ex-vrijwilligers hier bezig zijn het ACU zwart te maken slaat helemaal nergens op. Dit is niet constructief. Ja natuurlijk kun je statuten bij de KvK opvragen. Maar ik denk niet dat de staturen hier het probleem zijn. Het lijkt meer te gaan op wat botsende ego's.
Valt dit niet binnen Utrechtse scene op te lossen? Door deze hetze op indymedia met totaal oncontroleerbare, maar serieuze aantijgingen zoals racisme, gaat mijn sympathie op dit moment in elk geval niet uit naar de persoon (of groep?) die dit allemaal post. Als er echt een probleem is moet je dat op een andere manier proberen op te lossen. Nu zou ik zeggen: kijk eerst eens naar jezelf. Als je altijd zo met anderen omgaat, kan ik me voorstellen dat je tegen problemen oploopt in een collectief.

Ik geloof echt dat iedereen die ook maar iets met de ACU te maken heeft, weleens bevestigd wil zien of ze op de juiste plek met de juiste dingen bezig zijn !
Niemand word hier ook maar iets persoonlijk aangerekend, maar duidelijk is dat sommige mensen of groepen niet meer met elkaar door 1 deur kunnen.
Het jezelf kritisch willen laten spiegelen is toch een eerste vereiste wanneer het gaat om geloofwaardigheid.
Ook die van ons zelf.
Het reinigt de geesten en allemaal weer vrolijk verder is het toch !

I have something to say on the statutes. Because there was no translation I just finished translating them into English.
There is nothing in the statutes about being a collective. There is nothing in the statutes about consensus decision making. And that is just a comment on two things. For all the people that want to read the translation, there is one behind the bar in the ordner with the Dutch statuten.
I can provide everyone with their own copy or I can post it online if people are interested.
Anyway, it's nice to know what you are talking about when we are having this discussion so let me know before the meeting or maybe I will just post it anyway.
See you on the sixth and, if I might be so bold, keep thinking about this in a constructive way because otherwise it is not a discussion but a fight and I think that will not help ACU at all.

I made a translation of the
I made a translation of the statutes so everyone will know what they are talking about. There is no mention of the word collective in the statutes or of consensus decision making.
I have this on a different computer but I will post it so everyone can read them.
Maybe it's nice if the discussions are not taking place online but take place face to face. I found out it really helps and in that way we can be more constructive about solving these problems.

De opstelling van het stichtingsbestuur om niet alle informatie te delen roept wel iets op !
Het zou dan ook fijn zijn wanneer ze de intentie tonen om aanwezig te zijn bij de meeting en aan de vraag om meer info te voldoen !
Het lijkt me hierbij het beste dat alle vrijwilligers hun werkzaamheden gaan neerleggen tot aan deze vraag is voldaan.
De ACU dient een voorbeeldfunctie te hebben en daarbij de transparantie te betrachten die de vrijwilligers en bezoekers/activisten positief zullen motiveren om dit "Home" een update te geven.
Zoniet,zullen ze maar vaste mensen in dienst moeten gaan nemen en ze een degelijk salaris aan moeten bieden.
Mogen ze op eerlijke wijze de concurrentie aangaan met Derrick ea commerciele huppeltentjes in Utrecht.
Voor gratis medewerking aan concerten/dansavonden kunnen we tenslotte overal terecht.

If your out for blood at least have the guts to post your name! There are more than enough people who can be the 'Ex-ACU volunteer M'. This will get people more and more suspicious abouth the anonymous mudd-throwers towards Acu wich is not fair to all the other old volunteers with a name starting with 'M'. To this I say, fuck you!

The use of strong language normally doesn't help to get your point across. But you do have a point, either people should use a name to identify themselves or otherwise remain anonymous. Otherwise you risk the chance of the wrong people being 'identified'.
