Re: Bajesboot verrast met concert op het water
3 boten zijn door de politieafzetting te water heen gekomen. Er is muziek gespeeld bij de bajesboten. Van binnen wordt er gezwaaid en geroepen. Ze waren ontzettend enthoesiast. Ook is er een groep mensen aan de hoofdpoort (niet waterkant) aan het zwaaien naar de migranten in detentie. Boten gaan nu volgens plan terug naar Amsterdam waar zij om een uur of 15.15 aan zullen komen. Kom nu naar Hannekes Boom om hen de boten te verwelkomen.

Tunis
This is a first report about the actions in Tunis today concerning migration, unfortunately only in German, and we have to go to a meeting in some minutes. Very short: A manifestation (sit in) was organized by the "Tunisian Forum for economic and social rights". There were 150-200 families of boat people, who disappeared, and they demand information about their sons, brothers, nephews etc. and are very angry that nothing is done about it. They wrote a letter to the new government and demand negotiations with the Italian government to get information and to create a commission of investigation. Many families know that their sons arrived in Italy (they even showed pictures from the TV), but did not hear from them. It would be important to spread these demands in Europe, too!
Next week there will be a sit in in front of the Constitutional Assembly with and for the demands of these families.
Tonight there will be a theater piece on migration, boat people and the situation of sans papiers in the municipial theater. The demand "freedom of movement" and "Freedom, not Frontex" were supported by the people on the sit in.
