Haar 136ste flitsactie voert actiegroep Niet Te Koop naar de Rivierenbuurt. Daar bevindt zich een complex van De Alliantie, groot 191 woningen, waar de verkoop flink heeft huisgehouden. In 2021 5 stuks, in 2022 ook 5 stuks, in dit jaar is nu de 4de te koop gezet: de benedenwoning Waalstraat 132 voor het lieve sommetje van €360.000 (€8372 per m²).
