Yes I am aware that in some pseudo-intellectual circles just claiming something is "propaganda" is seen as some sort of argument, but I don't tend to waste my time with that. If you claim something is propaganda then you have demonstrate it, claims incur burdens of proof. Here, let me show you how that works:
As an example, let's use a source that seems to be popular around these parts, Operation Solidarity.
On 1/3/22 at 8:24 the Operation Solidarity telegram channel published a video of what it claimed to be the usage of forbidden vacuum bombs in Kharkov. https://t.me/solidarnistinua/58
The video actually shows an Iskander-M strike (that is, neither a vacuum bomb nor forbidden) on an Azov recruitment event, here's the event announcement: https://t.me/CIG_telegram/18181
But I suppose "Iskander-M strike on a neo-nazi paramilitary recruitment event" just doesn't have the same propagandistic qualities as "forbidden vacuum bomb."
PS. I have all the confidence in the world that people who have no problem putting out such propaganda can be totally trusted with random combat gear shipments. /s
