Like it or not, but the proletariat sees the parliament as the one and only political arena. If you stay away from there, the workers are neeeeeever going to see any type of leftist ideas as a valid option. The parliament can be used as a podium and a tool for normalizing anti-capitalism, anti-racism, feminism, etc. Things aren't all that black and white, absolutely good or absolutely bad. Things have nuances and revolutionaries know how to make use of those nuances instead of screaming baseless threats from the sideline.
