In my opinion nobody can be trusted with the full power of being a creator, judge and executor of ruels in a place.
Who will monitor this person? And if you critisise this person will you be allowed to? Or will they say that by stepping in to the acu you agree with these ruels, so you have to keep to them? If you don't agree with them better not come?
To me this set of ruels leaves to much blanks that can (not will) be abused. I do not want to be asked to have faith in ruels that are so easy to be abused.
With these blanks how do I know they will take critism on their structure? How do I know they wil try to find the truth after an accusation? How do I know they won't just follow their emotions and suspend a person that didn't do nothing wrong.
Where do they draw the line? Do people get trown out for saying a "wrong" word or giving the wrong look?
I think power corrupts. I wouldn't trust myself, my friends or Alarm! with the power they are asking to be given.
Good Faith?
Because with this set of ruels they can.
