Okay. These struggles are bound to happen in every movement, social centre, etc. Conflicts can escalate, publicly displayed/fought and gossips develop where in the end people regret they contributed one way or the other.
It would be very surreal to think there is no hierarchy or power structure, this is present in every movement, organisation, etc. If it is based on knowledge, input and effort, or being officially responsible on paper with access to money, etc, etc. Incidents of sexism, racism and discrimination can happen in every social centre, or social structure and of course they need to be addressed and dealt with accordingly.
I am not surprised the ACU is in a crisis like this. The good thing of a crisis is that you can get out stronger and more confident, if you address it right.
When you are stuck, ask for help and this is how I see this publication on Indymedia (and Facbook), it's understandable. Don't get stuck with the problems, don't create a "you are either with us or against us" situation, because this way things become unsolvable. Look for solutions instead and organise help.
I know there are some really good mediators available and I would suggest to arrange someone who understands the 'scene' and way of organising.
I wish you all good luck and I hope the ACU will get out of this crisis stronger and more confident.
