So squatting in residential buildings was criminalised in England and Wales in 2012, on September 1.
Two days later, a squat in Brighton was raided and three people were arrested. After a long court saga, all three have walked free. We think this sets some interesting precedents for other cases and the lessons learnt are worth spreading. We don't think life is all about courtcases, but it's still nice to win. Squat the lot!
