For many activist the use of social media is still is a thorny issue. At one hand it is a handy way of keeping in touch with your friends. On the other hand you put a whole lot of information about yourself out in the open. You can share something very quick but you?re network is very visible. Tonight in Alarm! we will discuss the pro?s and con?s of the use of social media. There will be people present from both sides explaining their point of view. As an added bonus there will an expert who will explain how governments utilize social media for their benefits. So facebook addicts and conspiracy theorists come on by and share your opinion.
