Informatie over arrestantengroep en advocaten voor ADEV in Amsterdam op 21 oktober 2023 om 13:00.
- De AG-telefoon gaat aan op zaterdag vanaf 12:00.
- Arrestantengroep is bereikbaar op 06 85 09 25 26
- Advocaat is Zahra Boufadiss
- Je hebt het recht om je medicatie te krijgen.
- Je hebt het recht om anoniem te blijven.
- Je hebt recht op vegan/vega/halal/kosjer eten.
- Je hebt recht op een vertaler/tolk.
- "Geen commentaar." Je hebt het recht om je op je zwijgrecht te beroepen. (Zodat je niks strafbaars zegt over jezelf of anderen.)
We zullen bereikbaar zijn om mensen bij te staan indien die bij ADEV gearresteerd worden. We zijn er ook om informatie te verzamelen over eventueel politiegeweld.
Als de advocaat je komt bezoeken, vraag dan om een kaartje of een bewijs van hun naam. Op deze manier kunnen we, zowel praktisch als juridisch, gezamenlijk onze verdediging organiseren.
Let op! Verhoor door de politie is er enkel op gericht om bewijs te verzamelen tegen jou en/of je medeactivisten. Je bent niet verplicht iets te verklaren. Dus maak dan ook gebruik van je zwijgrecht! (Alleen duidelijk om je advocaat verzoeken, verder niet praten met politie.) Het verhoor is niet de plek om een discussie te voeren of een punt te maken.
De arrestantengroep zal de komende dagen bereikbaar zijn op 06 85 09 25 26.

Zie je dat iemand gearresteerd wordt?
- Bel de AG op en beschrijf de locatie van de arrestatie en het uiterlijk van de arrestant.
- Noem geen namen.
- Pas op met wat je zegt als je ons belt of SMSt, vertel geen belastende informatie over de telefoon.
- Mocht je zelf gearresteerd zijn, laat ons dan ook via Signal weten dat je bent vrijgelaten zodra dat mogelijk is. Laat ons ook weten waarvoor je een strafbeschikking of dagvaarding hebt ontvangen.
- Onderteken geen strafbeschikking en onderteken niet voor het terugkrijgen van je persoonlijke eigendommen.

Below you'll find info about the arrestee support/legal team during ADEV in Amsterdam on October 21st, 2023 at 13:00 (1PM).
- The legal team phone will be turned on from Sunday morning 11:00 (11AM).
- Legal team can be reached on 06 85 09 25 26
- Lawyer is Zahra Boufadiss
- You have the right to your medication.
- You have the right to stay anonymous.
- You have the right to vegan/vegetarian/halal/kosjer food.
- You have the right to a translator/interpreter.
- "No comment." You have the right to remain silent. (So you don't incriminate yourself or others.)
Legal team will be available to support people in case they are arrested during ADEV. We also aim to record possible police brutality, should these things occur.
When the lawyer comes to visit you, ask for a card or proof of their name. This way we can organize our mutual defense both practically and legally.
Remember! Interrogation by the police is only used to gather evidence against you and/or fellow activists. You are not required to make a statement. Use that right! (Only ask for our laywer, besides that: you should remain silent.) An interrogation is not the place to have a discussion or to prove a point.

Do you see someone getting arrested?
- Call legal team and describe the location where the arrest is and describe the looks of the arrestee.
- Don't mention any names.
- Watch out with what you say when you call or text legal team. Don't share any incriminating details over the phone.
- If you're arrested yourself, please let us know when you are let go. Also let us know if you get a criminal order or a court summon (and for which charges).
- Don't sign a criminal order (strafbeschikking) and don't sign to get your personal items back.
