Belarusian anti-fascist killed in battle

The antifascist movement in Belarus and around the world suffered huge losses. Our friend Zhvir was killed while performing a combat mission.
Zhvir was a veteran of the antifascist resistance in Belarus.
For his activities in the anarchist movement, he was repressed and forced to leave his home.
From that moment on, Zhvir lived in different countries and participated in the life of local antiauthoritarian movements.
He was actively involved in helping refugees from Belarus, because he knew from his own experience how difficult it is to lose a homeland and not return home.
Among Belarusian antifascists, Zhvir was one of those who understood the need for direct action in the fight against dictatorship and growing right-wing populism.
A logical continuation of this idea was a trip to Ukraine, where he fought against Putin's despotism and brought the liberation of his homeland closer.
In recent years, Zhvir did not consider himself an anarchist or part of the anarchist movement, but he continued to help his comrades and remained a convinced antifascist and antiauthoritarian until his last breath.
Friend Zhvir is forever in the ranks!
