Sad news for the Ivicke Squat in Wassenaar
After more than 3 years of squatting and taking care of the house the judge decided that we can be evicted in 3 months. The judge stated that they realise putting people on the street during a this housing crisis is unjust and sees no urgencys in the plans from the owner and municipality to evict us, but gave in on the enforcing the bureaucratic rule that the building is a "Office" on paper anyway...
We will release more statements and even though our legal status is gone, our movement is still al legit as ever. We will make the most out these last three months.
