Complicity with deportations of refugees
to unsafe and dangerous contries and referring to the ''authorities'' when they meet critic, that
is the sordid practice of KLM. For years! I have attacked KLM in the past [by writing, relaxe readers/.HAHAHA]
and now I do it again. I have drawed their attention for their complicity with the deportation of a refugee
to dangerous Sudan. Read, readers! The struggle goes on and on....

TO KLM
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MANAGEMENT
URGENT REQUEST TO CANCEL THE
DEPORTATION OF A SUDANESE REFUGEE
AT TUESDAY 19 JUNE TO KARTHOUM
REASON
BAD HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION IN SUDAN AND
CONSEQUENTLY THE PERSONAL RISKS FOR REFUGEES
Dear Board of Directors
Dear Management
I write to you to prevent your complicity
to the deportation of a Sudanese refugee because of
the bad human rights situation in Sudan.
Therefore an urgent appeal to you, not to co operate
with this deportation.
Deportation date
Tuesday 19 june 2018
Time: 12.55
Flight number :KL0565
Name of the refugee: Mohammed Samir Abdullah
HUMAN RIGHTS SITUATION
The human rights situation in Sudan is for some decades,
very, very bad:
Arbitrary detentions
Torture
Ill treatment
Suppression of the freedom of speech .
Military attacks on civilians and villages in war zones!
SEE NOTE 1, which reveals the Human Rights Watch World Report 2018 !
Is this human rights report not yelling
into your face?
It should be, as convincing reason for you, not to
cooperate to deport any refugee to such a country!
You need more information?
See also the Ambtsbericht of the Dutch Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, pages 35 t/m 47, which reveals a great deal
about the human rights situation in Sudan!
Note 2!
SHAME TO YOU!
Because I should not have the one to show you this, but as an air company
with feeling of responsibility you should have known that in the
first place!
But this is not all!
As you’ll know, the yearlong conflict in Darfur, with warcrimes, massrape
and ethnic cleansings [3], untill recently [4], resulted in
an International Criminal Court warrant against prsident and dictator mr Omar al-Bashir,
accused from alleged crimes, warcrimes, crimes against humanity
and genocide. [5]
Untill today, this president is not handed over to the International
Criminal Court [6], and is continuing his crimes! [7]
TRAVEL ADVISORY
It will be of nu surprise to you, that the authorities' travel advice about
Sudan is negative, or partially negative, considering the dangerous
war situation and subsequently, terrorist attacks and abduction.
See the travel advice of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
the US Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs. [8]
And in my Book:
When the situation in a country is too dangerous to TRAVEL for
common travellers, the more dangerous it is for refugees, to be
deported to!
Or do the lives of refugees not matter?
YOUR CHOICE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You have your own responsibility in cooperating with
this refugee's deportation or not!
I emphasize on this, because in an earlier letter
to me you
pointed out, that it is not ´´unusual´´
to deport refugees, since you act ´´at order
of the authorities´´ [9]
Well, dear Mr or Mrs, ´´at order of the authorities´´
is no excuse at all.
With all respect
UTTER NONSENSE
It´s your own company policy and choice, to cooperate
with the government policy of deportations or not and
so you are co responsible, might the refugee be harmed
after deportation, as I let you know before. [10]
More stronger:
If anything happens to mr Mohammed Samir Abdullah,
you are co responsible for his fate, because you knew the risks in
advance [by my letter, by human rights organisations'
reports]!
So don't let it happen and refuse to cooperate with mr Abdullah's
deportation!
Don't cooperate to the deportation of ANY refugee to Sudan.
If you have a shred of conscience, you will listen to my demand!
Kind greetintgs
