21 september extradition for anarchist arrested on 15 september

We have been informed by the lawyers that today, 21/9, the extradition process of the arrested anarchist will take place towards Aachen Germany, where in the next days she will appear in front of a judge who will confirm her preventive investigative detention.

i guess Sept. 15 refers to the day the Amsterdam court approved of the extradition of the person arrested in July, thus causing her to be incarcerated again?
