Belarus: anti-fascist sentenced to six years in prison

Vlad Lenko is anti-fascist from Ivacewicz (Brest region). 27 December 2014 was arrested in connection with the neo-Nazis clash, which took place on 23 December 2014. He was charged under section 339.2 (hooliganism in a group of people) and 147.2 (grievous bodily harm). Vlad court sentenced to 6 years in a penal colony for maximum security.


To appeal the judgment and repay awarded to the victim compensation (1000 Euro) need a large sum of money. If it succeeded, it is possible to shorten the sentence by half.
