Toronto saw ten thousands of people in the streets to protest and ressist the G20 meeting that was held there in 2010. The protest against the summit brought groups and people together but also saw police repression on an enourmous scale.
Tonight an activist from Toronto will talk about the city-wide organising, the police infiltration, the conspiracy charges and other legal fall-out surrounding the G20 resistance in Toronto. There will be postcards to write the prisoners and benefiet zines & buttons.
