Chevron`s efforts to interrupt protest-blockade in Zurawlow.
On the 6th of January, as a whole Poland celebrates Christian feast for the appearance of Jesus Christ to the Magi , none of the protesters who block Chevron`s shale gas activities in Zurawlow would expect a vicious plan of Chevron . In the early morning, at around 8 am Chevron’s representatives tried forcibly to break through the blockade. Attempt was made to set a generator and industrial lighting on the land leased by Chevron. Being informed immediately, the farmers of Zurawlow gathered vividly and prevented Chevron from its further endeavours.
