I grew up with mutual-aid as a mindset, it is simply natural to me, and despite my and many other’s repeated disappointment in regards to the authoritarian direction the world has moved towards in the last few decades I have kept hope for a renaissance of the pluralistic ideals but when it comes to the west we’ve more so seen a “dark enlightenment” a complete perversion and betrayal of the ideals which pushed progress and liberty.
