Call for Demonstration We invite all freedom supporters, human rights defenders, and those who stand for justice to join us in a peaceful demonstration to demand the release of political prisoners, prisoners of conscience, and victims of enforced disappearances in Egypt. Egypt continues to witness alarming levels of human rights violations, where thousands of political activists, journalists, and ordinary citizens are unjustly detained. Many have been subjected to torture, inhumane treatment, and prolonged detention without trial.
THE BALLAD OF A NEVER-ENDING ELEVATOR ACCIDENT is:
a collection of performance poetry,
a collaborative objêt d’art,
a meditation on corporate capitalism,
a critique on Black and rainbow capitalism alike,
a queer radical manifesto,
a humble attempt to capture living poetry,
in a bound paper stack,
a call to action,
M., also a theatre maker, musician and composer, writes words to be heard, propelled by rhythm, not shy of its own geometry - words that live in movement and resonate in the body.
