Black Power Mixtape 1967-1975 is a special documentary about the influential Black Power movement. The film is full of unique interviews with leading voices of the Black Power movement in America, like Angela Davis, Eldridge Cleaver and Stokely Carmichael. It has been assembled from found footage made by a Swedish camerateam in America, between 1967 and 1975. Alongside archive footage you can also see interviews with more contemporary activists and musicians, such as Erykah Badu, Ahmir Questlove Thompson (of The Roots), Talib Kweli and Sonia Sanchez. | ||
