In totaal organiseerde Occupy College #Occupy Amsterdam 17 lezingen/workshops vanaf eind oktober. We zullen meer audio-opnames en/of verslagjes hiervan op Internet plaatsen, zie ook http://www.occupyamsterdam.nl/category/college/ Sprekers zijn drie activisten uit Mali van het netwerk Afrique-Europe Interact: Rokia Diarra Karambé (Fédération des Associations de Migrants de Mali / feratie van Malinese migranten-verenigingen), Alassane Dicko (Association Malienne Expulsés / Malinese Vereniging van gedeporteerden) and Hamada Dicko (Association pour la Défense des Emigrés Maliens / vereniging voor de bescherming van Malinese emigranten). Tahl Kaminer teaches design and theory at the Urban Asymmetries MSc program of the DSD, and carries out research of the relation of architecture to society. He completed his PhD under the supervision of Professor Arie Graafland in 2008, received his MSc Architecture Theory and History from the Bartlett in 2003, and an architectural diploma [B. Arch] in 1998. In 2004 Dr Kaminer co-founded the non-profit 66 East, which ran group exhibitions, presentations, lectures and screenings in East Amsterdam, 2004-7. He is a co-founder of the academic journal Footprint, and edited two of its issues. |
