 Nadat de politie de bewoners op intimiderende wijze kwam vertellen dat zij “per direct of uiterlijk zaterdag” weg moesten zijn is de woongroep direct een kort geding tegen de staat gestart. Het Openbaar Ministerie houdt er opmerkelijke opvattingen op na. Als we AT5 mogen geloven is volgens het OM "alleen al de aanwezigheid [bij de protesten tegen het kraakverbod op 1 oktober] van de gearresteerden al strafbaar". Tegen de gearresteerde demonstranten werd 60 uur taakstraf geëist.

 Social Initiative " Common Cause" in cooperation with local groups, collectives and autonomous centers organize Rozbrat Collective: "Solidarity Beyond Borders" info tour. People from Rozbrat squat will travel through the Netherlands and Germany from 9th until 17 th October.
The people from the Rozbrat collective are coming to talk about their long-term strategy concerning the collective, their initiatives, actions, protests etc. and of course they will explain everything about their struggle to keep the Rozbrat squat!

 Already some days ago we put a last genaral update on the net, about the last demo in Amsterdam and some consequences. Whe have now translated it in English. Becasue the dutch update is already gone from the main page and we think the update is also imported for the non-dutch speaking activists we put this translation up again:

This way culture becomes an element of political and economic strategy, provides it with specific character. One of the examples of this process is forcing organisers to reschedule the date of biennale's inauguration (week) to combine it with convention of culture ministers from Asia and Europe.
