The state arrested Abtin on the case of the Article 131 of criminal code,
> Any person who in public, either verbally or in writing or through images, incites another or others to commit any criminal offence or act of violence against the authorities, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine of the fourth category.
He was arrested on the demo for incitement of criminal behavior, while the only thing that was illegal there, is an actions of police. The state tries to make him shut up and puts pressure on him in any way possible. Now they put our comrade in almost a prison, but the one that you don't need a court to get into. In this facility you are on constant monitoring, you are not allowed to have visitors, you can be on open air for not more then 2 hours a day and you can not leave the territory without supervision. This is a clear attack on Abtin because he wasn't silent about the conditions of immigrants and refugees in NL and taking initiative to organize himself with other people in his camp. Dutch state doesn't want people to be organized and capable of controlling their lives and will use any means necessary to stop it.
To protest this decision, our comrade Abtin declares a hunger strike.
Abtin is committed to our common struggle for the better world. Even in a precarious situation of a refugee, who is waiting for papers, he chose to not be silent but to fight the state and capital. It's now our duty to support him when he needs our solidarity.
We call you to start solidarity campaign with Abtin Parsa.

This is evidently ridiculous and repressive. The charges are over the top and meant to criminalize.
It has a prison regime with red, orange and yellow 'behaviour' scheme, which is utterly demeaning.
However, they claim it is 'opvang'. So it seems to me, you can just leave, from the article https://www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2021/04/11/aso-azc-is-juridisch-ondeugdelijk-a... "Asielzoekers die het aso-azc verlaten, kunnen niet terugkomen en verliezen hun recht op opvang."
Abtin didn't live in a 'opvang' right before this anyhow, so.. why not leave?
