Politicologen, sociologen en filosofen opgelet. Het ondersteunen van Wikileaks zou wel eens de eerste gezamenlijke actie kunnen zijn van (oa) Indymedia en GeenStijl!
GeenStijl heeft volgens mij nog geen Wikileaks mirror maar gezien de teksten op GeenStijl is men zich daar wel erg aan het verkneukelen vanwege Cablegate.
Ben ik de enige die zich afvraagt hoe dit nu in elkaar zit...?

Inderdaad erg opmerkelijk!
Maar het is dan ook internet vs. de machthebbers, en op dat internet hebben vele meningen een plek. Iedereen beseft dat de vrijheid van/op internet voorgoed weg is als we deze repressie toestaan nu die zich zo brutaal en openlijk uit.

Sorry, dit is niet de goeie thread om dit bericht in te plaatsen maar ik zie zo snel geen andere. En ik denk dat deze link toch wel op Indymedia hoort (maar waar?)
In andere Nederlandse media is dit nog niet aan de orde geweest volgens mij.
De Britse radikaal linkse site counterpunch had in september (!) al een opvallend achtergrond artikel over de twee vrouwen die Assange nu van verkrachting beschuldigen. De zaak ziet er nogal vreemd uit. Is hier een CIA honeypot techniek gebruikt? Op het eerste gezicht een samenzweringsverhaal maar er zijn toch wel een paar vreemde dingen aan de hand bij deze dames.

Newsnight van BBC onderzocht gisteren de politieke ideeën van Assange aan de hand van diens artikelen op zijn blogs in het verleden. Ze ontdekten dat hij voornamelijk anarchistische inspiratoren aanhaalt, waaronder Gustav Landaur.

John Young one of the architects of the Cryptome website linked to Cypherpunks has good contacts within the wikileaks community. He explains how wikileaks is used and sponsored by the CIA and uses a system of hierarchy. De connection with Soros and wikileaks comes forward as well as the fact that wikileaks has been used to back up the war on terror plans for the future.
Also the fact that governments can use wikileaks for ending internet freedom as we know it, which is in the news now. Besides that the (suprisingly) mainstream attention wikileaks got, where in the past the mainstreamnews has been filtering alternative news sources, comes forward in the interview
Not everybody within the hacker community however supports the CIA/elites agenda, like John Young. Saying: "not all classified information is the truth". There is a lot of brainwashing going on in these institutions as well! Soon a lot of documents will be released he says, one of them is about the Vaticans way to control the masses in the last thousands of years using fear and hope as a tactic to control people, a tactic taken over by Hitler and many other governments. It includes infiltration, subversion and setting up "dissident" agencies.
