The advocate of Climate Justice Action arrested of civilian-clad police
The police arrested the German activist and number person of Climate Justice Action, Tadzio Müller on Tuesday afternoon, at Bella Center. He will be tried arrested for planning of riots
Three police officers in plain clothes arrested on Tuesday shortly after 15:00 a leading member of and number person of the network Climate Justice Action, who plans, to disturb the COP15 summit tomorrow.

The police confirms the arrest, which took place in connection with Climate Justice Action's press conference in Bella Center earlier today.

The detective informs that the German activist has driven in to examination and will be presented in the magistrate on duty tomorrow. Here the police will try to get arrested him for planning of the offence against paragraph 119 (violence against the civil servant on duty) and 134a (violent crowd).

Enhedslisten protests
Climate Justice Action had just arranged a press conference in Bella Center, when the police proceeds to arrest. At the press conference among others Tadzio Müller told about the network's plans for, on a non-dragnetable foundation, to break through the police's chains on Wednesday and established an alternative summit in the area around Bella Center.
According to the police there already sit two other "leading people" from activist environment arrested. This is about an American and an Australian.
The latest arrest has got Enhedslisten to right a sharp criticism by the police.
- It's totally wrong to under arrest the number person from a declared non-violent organization. Where is it we are on the way over, if we start, to arrest number persons from legal and non-violent political groups, does sound it from Line Barfod.
- It's some very boring signals to the surrounding world we send at present. Only mass arrests of hundreds of innocent demonstrators and now the arrests of the protest movements' number persons. That doesn't hear at home in a democracy, she says in a press release.
Climate Justice Action thinks that the arrest will be groundless and called it sabotage of their action tomorrow.
- When the police chooses to arrest our number person, it functions as a clear attempt at getting all critics of the COP process to keep silent. We have all the time been open about our peaceful civilian disobedience's action tomorrow, told what is to happen and how. Instead chooses the police to go in and close the mouth on all critical voices, Kevin Smith from the network in a press release says.
