Film Festival in Officers Mess

The film festival 'The Overkill' will be held by SILOartgroup from 26.-28. November in the OffMess in Lonneker, Enschede.
The festival will contain fresh videoworks of young directors and artists from the Netherlands, Canada, Germany, South Africa, Phillipines and many other weird places in the world. Films will be presented in several areas for 48 hourse nonstop. The fast kick off multimedial action you can get in the gaming area next to the wifi internet lounge. Sound and Picture will follow the visitor everywhere when interaktiv media installations fill up spaces. Welcome to the multimidal enviroment.
Video artists can upload filmworks via ftp to the festival server. Choosen film will take part in the festival progam and can win the 'SILO' or the 'SILO audience' award and also live videostreamd into the internet during the festival.
