In België heeft Koen Dassen, hoofd van de Belgische Staatsveiligheid, zopas verklaard dat de Staatsveiligheid hechter met het leger gaat samenwerken. Die samenwerking was er reeds maar het comité I dat ondermeer moet toezien op de werking van de Staatsveiligheid, was daarvan niet op de hoogte.
