U.S. ATTORNEY CLOSES INVESTIGATION; NO CHARGES WILL BE BROUGHT
Xerox reported today that the U.S. Attorney's office in Bridgeport, Conn., has closed its investigation of matters relating to Xerox's past accounting issues. The U.S Attorney is not bringing charges against the company or any individuals in connection with the investigation.
Said Chairman and CEO Anne Mulcahy: "This decision from the U.S. Attorney closes a difficult chapter in Xerox's history.
