Abu Abbas refused entry to Syria

According to a report on www.albawabwa.com published 13th April, Palestinian Liberation Front leader Abu Abbas has fled his base in Baghdad and attempted to escape to Syria but was refused entry by Syrian border control. This story doesn't appear to have been picked up by ANY western media.
