3 anarchist still in prison in Valencia

3 anarchist remain in prison since the last 10-15-02 in Valencia (spain). This 2nd of february is going to be an international day of struggle in their solidarity.
LET’S FIGHT REPRESSION
The repression that has been unleashed in Valencia against the social movements that are critic towards the system demonstrates once more the impunity judges, public prosecutors and police act with, with the taxes, the laws and the frame-ups they use to maintain this "free democracy", while they smash anyone who tries to resist their attacks. Right now there are three persons in jail for being coherent with their ideas. Land speculation, promoted by those with power who profit from it, make the big construction companies and real state agencies take advantage of this, leaving us defenseless in front of the capitalist abuses. Because of this situation a lot of people find themselves without a job or a shit of a job, and in this conditions a house means a mortgage for a lot of years. This aggression on workers remains unpunished, because it is protected by law, and if you try to rebel against it you’ll end up in prison, because prison and repression are the only language that the State uses to silence the claims of the citizens. Four youths have been in prison for more than a hundred days, victims of a police, press and judicial frame-up. On Tuesday November 26th one of them was released, whose freedom cost him 4.000 euros ( one euro is around $ 1.00). The other three are still in prison under the FIES-3 regime, having access only to the gym but having their right to join other prison activities neglected, having restricted, as well, their post and banned all kinds of visits but the ones with their family. Now the case is in hands of the Audiencia Nacional (this is the court that trials “terrorism” in the Kingdom of Spain), after the Audiencia Provincial (area court) has refused to let them free. This case is being politically used, because the court is not judging actions but making a campaign against anarchist ideas and against those who carry them on. The proofs are not solid, they are labeled as terrorists the fact of having books, pictures, posters, newsletters...Smashing the fundamental right of freedom of expression. We demand the immediate release of these people who are in jail with no proofs and because of an obvious frame-up. We are anarchists, not criminals, and the real delinquents are those who force us to survive while they are making themselves richer. Nor their repression, nor their prisons, nor their laws will stop our struggle against any authority and for freedom. ¡¡MUERTE AL ESTADO, VIVA LA ANARQUIA!!

COMBATAMOS LA REPRESIÓN
La represión desatada en la ciudad de Valencia contra los
movimientos sociales críticos con este sistema demuestra una
vez mas la impunidad con la que actuan juezes,fiscales,policias
y politicos,que con sus impuestos,sus leyes y sus montajes
siguen manteniendo lo que ellos
denominan como una democracia libre,mientras que pisotean a
cualquiera que resista sus ataques.Ahora mismo hay tres
personas presas por ser coherentes con sus ideas.
La especulación del suelo,promovida y rentabilizada por el poder
hace que las grandes constructoras e inmobiliarias se
aprovechen de esto,dejandonos indefensos ante los abusos
capitalistas.Por culpa de esta situación muchas personas nos
encontramos sin trabajo o con trabajos de
mierda,hipotecandonos un monton de años.
Esta agresión contra l@s trabajador@s queda impune,ya que
esta amparada por la ley y si intentas relebarte,acabaras con
tus huesos en la carcel,ya que la cárcel y la represión son los
únicos lenguajes que usa el Estado para acallar las
reivindicaciones de la gente de la calle.
Durante mas de 100 días tres jovenes están en prision,victimas
de un montaje policial,mediatico y judicial.El martes 26 de
noviembre salió uno de los encarcelados,cuya libertad le costo
4.000 euros (700.000pts.).Los otros tres se encuentran todavía
en prisión en regimen FIES, solo tienen acceso a un ginmasio y
se les han denegado el derecho de hacer cualquier tipo de
actividad dentro de la prision,viendose restringidas tambien todo
contacto posible con el exterior,siendoles intervenido el correo y
negadas cualquier tipo de visitas que no sean familiares
directos.Ahora el caso esta en manos de la Audiencia nacional
ya que la Audiencia provincial de valencia les ha denegado la
libertad.
Este caso esta siendo utilizado politicamente,ya que no solo
estan juzgando los actos cometidos sino que estan poniendo en
marcha toda una campaña contra las ideas libertarias y contra
todas las personas que las estan llevando acabo.Las pruebas en
las que se basan no son nada solidas,calificando como delito
terrorista el tener libros,fotos,carteles,publicaciones.. violando
el mas elemental derecho a la libertad de expresión.
Exigimos la libertad inmediata a estas personas encarceladas sin
pruebas y tras un claro montaje policial.Somos anarquistas,no
criminales.Los únicos criminales y verdaderos delincuentes son
los que nos obligan a malvivir para enriquecerse a nuestra
costa.
Ni su represion,ni su carcel,ni sus leyes va a parar nuestra lucha
contra toda autoridad y por la libertad.
