We, a multitude of women and men, joining in Treviso, Europe, Planet Earth, Sept. 15 2002, Permanent Global War year 2, publicly declare that we do not recognize the Italian state law called Bossi-Fini, which seriously violates migrant citizens and human rights.
We recognize no legality to the racist impositions held in the Bossi-Fini instructions and enacted Sept. 10 against all our migrating brothers and sisters. This law considers human being as goods, usable ones becoming productive to neoliberism with its discriminating unjust racist rules. We, the multitude, from today on publicly declare that we shall build resistance networks all over Italy, in oder to organize disobedience acts towards the enactment of Bossi-Fini racial law by Italian state and its control machinery.
We, the multitude, do not see any difference between citizens of the planet, everywhere they are and anywhere they find themselves going. We defend and substain as fundamental humanity respect principle the right to free movement through out Europe and everywhere in the world. We, the multitude, publicly undertake to provide for reception to migrant citizens considered by Italian State illegals and persecuted by its control machinery. We undertake to rescue migrant citizens regarded as clandestines from unlawful unjust arrests. We undertake to build solidarity networks and self-defended spaces where to host our persecuted brothers and sisters.
We undertake to organize disturbing protest actions at land and shore borders and also within Italian territory in order to stop our migrant brothers and sisters arrests or deaths. We undertake to fight against human beings trade which racial laws help out, organizing and helping the free entry of our brothers and sisters.
We undertake to create supporting networks near the borders both Italian and non. We undertake to take contacts with other supporting free movement networks in Europe and else where.
We, the multitude, recognize no legality to those lagers called “detention centres” (CPT).
We believe that having built them through Turco-Napolitano law is very grave a thing. We believe that organizing pressure and conflict actions is necessary where local regional institutions want to open those lagers.
We undertake to organize disobedience actions in order to render unusable all lagers that are to be opened.
We undertake to report and apply sanctions to firms both private and public ones that will accept building the lagers.
We, the multitude, declare that, while Bossi-fini law is into force, we shall keep on and increase organizing through out European territory disobedience, conflict, boycott, sabotage acts.
We undertake to monitor and broadcast the way our migrating brothers and sisters are being deported by Italian state using public or private – via air or land - means of transport.
We mistrust air companies from organizing deportation flights. We undertake to have this moltutide warning respected by sanctioning companies that will go on with these shameful cruel deportation journeys, we shall do so by interrupting, reporting, occupying and creating companies serious image and commercial problems.
We, the multitude, appeal to lawyers and doctors to organize assistance networks helping migrants.
We, the multitude, undertake to squat empty houses and other unused spaces to let needing migrant brothers and sisters live in a dignified situation. We, the multitude, stipulate this pact that we call “humanity pact”. We consider our resistance and project acts the embryo of a new constituent movement fighting for a free joint Europe.
We inform institutional Parlament opposition that we consider every disobedience act against Bossi-Fini racial law legitimate, even if this law was approved by vote, because it violates fundamental humanity principles. We will keep on fighting against all those group, both legal and illegal ones, that promote racism and discrimination, as well as we wiil oppose permanet global war, forthcoming in Iraq, war that kills innocent people and it only helps keeping the planet under imperial powers.
We, the multitude, will build another world possible.
