The ´Alberta Advantage´ (Canada) exposed jeremy sinton - 09.06.2002 20:13
Here is a 2002 G8 Summit ´local´ story lead worth following up or suppressing, depending on which side of the chasm you´ve chosen to be on during the upcoming G8 meeting in Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada. To whom it hopefully concerns, Here is a 2002 G8 Summit ´local´ story lead worth following up or suppressing, depending on which side of the chasm you´ve chosen to be on during the upcoming G8 meeting in Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada. What is this ´Alberta Advantage´?, you´ll maybe have already heard about it or will. For some employers it means one can excessively exploit your workers and not have pay much, if anything and never be really held accountable unless the worker is seriously maimed or killed outright, then it only really amounts to just a slap on the wrist justice. What does the ´Alberta Advantage´ cost Alberta´s workers injured on the job? Pretty much everything they have and then some, as a crippled or injured person is on society´s fringe, pretty much powerless and hence no real threat to the ´system´. Never mind the dead ones. In this regard the ´Alberta Advantage´ is the suppression and / or elimination of basic Human Rights. A brief, but factual story about an Air Canada (Canada´s International /National Flag Air Carrier) employee based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This Air Canada employee´s long and torturous nightmare at the hands of the ´Alberta Advantage´ started with a on the job injury as a result of negligence. It was then supposedly covered by Air Canada´s (then the now defunct Canadian Airlines) no fault insurer, the Alberta Government´s Workers´ Compensation Board of Alberta. The already poor and rapidly declining state of public health care has left the employee crippled after three knee operations. This same group of fore mentioned ´parties´ forced the Air Canada employee, or else of course, to continue working until additional damage was done to the first injury and then a separate, second injury. As such the employee can longer bare to work to the high standard the job position demands and is now just left with these two degenerative, physical injuries. The employee will not accept the ´parties´ piecemeal solution to the adequate, timely health care required, as a direct result of two counts of negligence causing bodily harm and be a permanent prescription pain pill junkie as the above ´parties´ would have the employee become. Not surprisingly the Air Canada employee has since refused to deal with this official ´criminal´ and hence unaccountable element because; the employee is tired of the pain and suffering forced on their person by the fore mentioned parties´ willful, obvious and excessive greed, their blatantly biased, calloused, pathetic, mis- or un-informed attitude and as previously mentioned their complete unaccountability. At present the employee´s refusal to submit to damaging sub-standard heath care in lieu of the adequate and timely health care required has now been labeled as non co-operative and is being threatened with employment termination, both verbally and in writing by Air Canada. The Air Canada employee has been ´stone walled´, first by the local medical and now presently the legal profession because: a) The employee is not wealthy enough to purchase adequate, timely health care and is unable to afford any justice in Alberta. b) ´They´ cannot be bothered to stick their necks out to help and in the process possibly embarrass, the overwhelmingly evil polices enforced by the neo-Fascist styled Alberta Provincial Government, c) or yes, ´they´ admit there is a problem, "but we just refuse to deal with ´them´ as well ... er sorry". The Air Canada employee is at the moment safe and out of harms way at home awaiting adequate, timely heath care but is "penniless and not a burden to others" and remains hopeful the negligent employer Air Canada will pay for all the required adequate health care costs and compensate them for having to endure all the years of pain and suffering. The first question that immediately arises to the outside casual observer is: If Air Canada treats their employees with such flippant disregard just how poorly maintained are their airplanes? At last report the aircraft weren´t telling anyone anything. When the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity are so well known to all, it absolutely defies logic not to mention justice that they have not been dealt with. Never mind meddling in sovereign foreign states, homegrown terrorists ´govern´ us and protect the employers that cripple, exploit, maim, poison, torture and kill us. Maybe the G8 First World Countries should get their own house in order before forcefully exporting their present creed. I encourage any interested, sincere parties to contact me personally if they´re coming to Calgary, Alberta, Canada and arrangements could be made to provide more in-depth detail concerning the above statement. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you. Sincerely, Jeremy Sinton Suite 5, 3919 1st. Street, N.E.
