 Er is weer een obscuur clubje dat een proefballonnetje oplaat.

Hoewel de Poolse situatie relevant lijkt is de Oostenrijkse situatie waarschijnlijk veel interessanter. Hierover heeft het EHRM zich gebogen in het arrest Mellacher vs. Oostenrijk.

Het zou zo leuk zijn als mensen eigen stukken op indy zouden posten, met eigen meningen en inzichten in plaats van de paniekzaaierij van commerciële media gewoon te kopiëren.
