For us is not spamming but creating our media, promoting it, sharing the knowledge, inspiring. Just realize that for some people too. Its easier to see and choose what new (actually old ;) in one popular place like indymedia than looking through it on our pages. For You its also easy choice to roll down and not to click so i don't understand why You would like to take away this choice from people who would like to see, find out and watch ?
To be honest some of the people think You are demotivating and according to some this discussion here its bigger spam so for further again email us.

How cool it is that you make video's of a lot of things. I also think that you create less oversight with all the spamm you make with it.
Once again, its a tip, not to demotivate because I do think its great that you record so many things.

No, nobody discouraged anything. They just gave you some well meant advise (which I support) to take care of the lay-out of you postings. If you quit all the overbodige ruis before and after the thing that you apparently wnat us to see, it works a lot better, for oeverybody (including you, who's work gets more viewers). Now most of us either skip it, or have difficulty to find anything new in the message.

Jesus Christ, the level of cognitive dissonance is unbelievable. No one is discouraging the making of the videos in themselves, if anything they want it to continue and more of it. However, what they are discouraging is 1. the way you present the links and the announcement of new videos is visually cluttered and "noisy" and 2. your level of cross posting and unrelated individual posts which adds to clutter on the newswire.
Can you understand the differences there? What is being encouraged and what is being discouraged? If, as you say, you want as many people as possible to see your videos since this makes the solidarity stronger, the way in which you present and spread your videos is highly important and will in fact lead to more people viewing them and a better click through rate. It's basic design and marketing, sorry to use capitalist speak, but it will help and is important. Try to keep it stripped down, minimal and direct. Give it a try.
