| Set up a feed | nn - 11.11.2010 19:30
Wouldn't it be possible to set up a feed on the left hand side of the main page? Surely not technicly impossible or unfeasable. As much as anarchists may favour decentralisation, isn't this an instance where a little centralisation would have positive practical implications. | good idea | someone of indymedia - 11.11.2010 19:59
we talked about this last meeting and planned to put a link on the left side. so your patience will be rewarded.

Indymedia.nl provides an agenda page, you can access it on the left column on the home page [ http://indymedia.nl/nl/Agenda/Agenda.shtml]. While announcing events on Indymedia, people may also select the "Agenda" criteria if they want their event to be listed in this Indymedia Agenda page, and not having to post the same thing every 3 days. Indymedia.nl is not an on-line agenda as it does not sort events by date. Indymedia provides links to two on-line agenda, Aktie Agenda and Radar. In case, you are doubting Radar can inform about political and cultural events around Europe, check this page, all events known by radar are listed here [ http://radar.squat.net/index.php?mode=search&profile=radar&what=0&where=0]. Other useful link to check one specific area, type a city/country name in this query: http://radar.squat.net/?q=nederland http://radar.squat.net/?q=amsterdam http://radar.squat.net/?q=utrecht http://radar.squat.net/?q=switzerland http://radar.squat.net/?q=barcelona http://radar.squat.net/?q=basel http://radar.squat.net/?q=berlin http://radar.squat.net/?q=bristol Radar is coming with a feed, people are also busy improving the system. Radar will be able to receive and provide feeds. Any activist calendar, or the Indymedia London calendar for example will end up on Radar. You'll put your information in your own calendar, then the info will spread around and end up on various on-line agendas. Not everybody is aware of the website of every single activist group or social center. We all have are own habits, we often go to the same place, we know where to find our favorite voku, our favorite squatted garden... What is important is to make ourselves visible to other activists who are facing the same repression. Do we want international support? If we don't show ourselves what we are doing, nobody is gonna do it for us. | RSS feed | T - 11.11.2010 23:13
I'd -really- like to see an RSS feed.. | RSS | NN - 11.11.2010 23:28
RSS zou inderdaad geweldig zijn!!! Een hoera voor ontwikkelingen op indymedia!!! | ical | ical - 11.11.2010 23:30
I'd like to see an ical export, based on location. Like an export for say Amsterdam, Berlin or Castricum. Or a selection of them. But really, build this in the actie-agenda and radar. don't reinvent the wheel. | rss is er al | boeieuh - 12.11.2010 00:16
