It remembered me to a movie.
The quote in that movie is,

And that's true, the new law is very, very bad.
It has been made to put people down, to put inspiration down, to put music and cultures down.
It is made for law and order arguments, to put conciousness down, instead of inspire consciousness, inspire people and idea's in countries, cities and society.
The movie was about very old times in history of mankind.
Let's not go back to the dark ages, let's go forward!
