 De gemeente heeft deze personen blijkbaar liever in een dergelijk (Crack)pand als dit zitten dan dat ze voor fatsoelijke huisvesting zorgen, de bewoners zijn inweze het uitschot dat niet in deze maatschappij past met zijn 'moderne maatstaven' en daarom met deze kou maar figuurlijk {en nú dus ook Letterlijk..} moeten creperen in een tochtig pand als dit.

Zelfs de daar tot voor kort langskomende huisarts is wegbezuinigd...
