German Gulags in 21st century

A subject about we haven't been informed about and considers all of us is the Borstal institutions for germans at Evros river area. The certain Borstal institutions-jails start appearing in Greece since 1988. Literally "under the nose" of greek state, private german companies "import" in Greece kids 13 to 18 years old, and place them in special "close rehabilitation centers", in isolated sites.
A subject about we haven't been informed about and considers all of us is the Borstal institutions for germans at Evros river area. The certain Borstal institutions-jails start appearing in Greece since 1988. Literally "under the nose" of greek state, private german companies "import" in Greece kids 13 to 18 years old, and place them in special "close rehabilitation centers", in isolated sites.
There the kids get in an "intensive help" programm, as they call it, to rejoin society. These programms are considered as "last hope" for teenagers who are characterized as particularly difficult cases.
Such "centers" function nowadays close to the villages of Koila & Itea of Evros area, in Chalkidiki and in two villages of Thasos island. During the last year, in one of the programms have joined also two greeks at the age of 16, who face drug problems!
The strange point is that there is none transnational deal between the two countries for the transaction of these programms, while the greek Ministries of Health-Providence, Foreign and Justice state complete ignorance. However, the german embassy in Athens, but also the consulate in Thessaloniki know about these programms.
At the houses of these "centers" resident 3 to 15 minors supervised by german and greek editors, who work for the private companies, that appear as non profit organizations. In other cases, german families, who live in Greece take responsibility to "accommodate" kids with difficulty behavior.
Those centers are managed by non profit companies (such as "Kinder und Jungendhilfe Verbund eV" company that was created in 1986 or C. Coccius that first appeared in Greece in 1988). These companies does not seem to have been authorized (the center in Koila took only site permit in 2004 like a "branch of a cyprian company with aims on providing services of scientific and psychosomatic support to kids with disabilities in special designed places").
The fact is that in the certain villages, teenagers, without having comited any crime and without serving any certain penalty are just expelled from their country and get placed in isolated areas living in buildings under the basic condition of living and are forced to work in agricaltural jobs under the "supervision" of german and greek editors who work for the private companies and generaly forced work in cooperation with the municipality with working accidents as a result such the one in 1997 at Koila when a kid, while trying to clean an electrical cement mixer died because of electric shock and all this under the excusion of the rejoin in the (german) society.
We think that we should not consider about the legality of this event but focus on that all this situation takes place because of a company with views on money through exploitation and encapsulation of minors.
Since 1988 none goverment, none local authorities, not even the local society dealed with this subject because simply nobody says no to unpayed forced working especially when in comes from "foreigners". In the name of profit the human existance has no value and as long as our societies are constructed in this way we will keep facing such behaviors.
