today about 30 people showed their solidarity with squatters in the netherlands at the dutch embassy in vienna.
today, friday, about 30 people showed their solidarity with squatters in the netherlands and their opposition against the possibly upcoming kraakverbod at the dutch embassy in vienna. a petition which was handed out to the dutch representatives was faxed to the "minister voor wonen" and the "ministerie van algemene zaken". a quote of one of the dutch representatives at the embassy was:"well i donīt really understand the thing with the kraakverbod since i thought that the thing with krakers and antikrakers works pretty good no?" well generally they didnīt mind to fax anything to anybody for us. after handing out flyers on the street and a short speech with the megaphon in front of the embassy, we left.
