 Een recept: Jachtschotel.

Snij 2 uien in plakken, bak ze bruin/glazig in roomboter.

Voeg er 500 gram in stukken gesneden wild aan toe (nerts?)

Laurierblad, kruidnagel en 2 dl vlees bouillon.

Leg het in een beboterde vuurvaste schotel om en om met aardappelpuree, dunne schijven zure appels, waarbij de bovenste laag uit de puree bestaat.

Besprenkel het met gesmolten boter en doe het circa 15 minuut in de oven.

Tot er een mooi bruin korstje op komt
