12.00 Transition Thee In ekologische experimenteertuin Swomp, Rustenburgerstraat 438/440. Naast helpen met tuinieren kun je een introductie krijgen in het idee achter Transition Towns. Ook kunnen mensen die bezig zijn met Transition Towns of gerelateerde onderwerpen, elkaar ontmoeten.
15.00 Composteren in de stad In de stad zelf compost maken, zelfs zonder tuin? Op deze Transition Thee gaan we zelf een wormencompost bouwen, en laten we zien hoe je met niet meer dan een melkpak je groenteafval kan composteren. Met filmpjes om te zien hoe het moet, om het daarna in de praktijk te brengen. Molli, van Ostadestraat 55 hs.

12.00: Transition tea on the ecological experimental garden Swomp Rustenburgerstraat 438/440, The pijp, Amsterdam. As well as helping with the gardening, you can get an introduction to the Ideas of transition Towns, and meet the people busy with this and other related projects.
15.00: Composing in the city workshop. A workshop where you can learn about composting, and how you can make compost even without having a garden! This transition tea, we will give a practical introduction to worm composting, show you how you can make compost from your kitchen waste with little more than empty milk carton, and then show some short movies about composting in the Molli (Van Ostadestraat 55 hs)
