 I personally guess it's about Amsterdam.
First of all because I think I recognize streetnames and stuff.
Second of all (unfortunately) it's my personal experience that 90% of the time that an item doesn't include a cityname, it concerns something that happened in Amsterdam.

Could the publisher maybe confirm so?
I think it's quite important to be complete in your infosharing, or at least to tell what happend WHERE...

 Diegene die mijn nick kennen weten wel dat ik natuurlijk volkomen achter deze actie sta en ook vind ik een buurtbrief altijd een goed idee in zo'n situatie als deze. Maar is het nou zo moeilijk om dat in begrijpelijk en min of meer correct Nederlands te doen?
Dit is gewoon niet te lezen.
En dan kun je natuurlijk zeggen dat het om de inhoud gaat....
Maar een beetje leesbaarheid is een kleine moeite
