we go, we go, we go!
Proposal
In order to activate a reaction - coordinated and massive of protest, it denounces, pressure and vindication on the reality of Mexico, we went to all the groups, organizations and shared in common people of the European scope, stops between the set to actually send and to develop to a Campaign of solidarity and mutual support with the zapatistas communities in Chiapas and against the repression that come suffering from 1994, increased lately of alarming way, with clear signals definitively to reactivate, to break out again and to impose in that state of the Mexican Southeastern badly the call "war of low intensity" (GBI), that single tries the extermination and genocide against his indigenous towns and settlers, beginning by those who proclaim zapatistas and continue resisting with dignity by their individual and collective rights, constructing to its autonomy, exerting the direct democracy and inventing at every moment the other way to make policy, the other way to govern, to govern themselves and to construct in here and now the new world that we took in our hearts. In such campaign, without leaving outside its general missions the right reclamation to the fulfillment in the Agreements of San Andr�s, the freedom of tod*s l*s pres*s pol�tic*s, the respect to the human rights and against the diverse open conflicts that undergo the people and towns of all Mexico, mainly the natives, generated and harnessed with total impunity from the own government (federal and state), by means of their police forces, military and paramilitary, with the accomplice and generalized silence of national and international mass media, in connivencia with the interests of the great capital, their neoliberalism and the multinationals that represent it, within a climate and to come from constant tension, scorn, repression, despoliation, genocide and fascismo. And in the most specific still, aim of this Campaign he would be "yet what in addition he is decided to accompany by those who to her adds obtaining to form an European Caravan of Solidarity that in the summer and during 15 days crosses the different zones and zapatistas communities in conflict from Chiapas (Mexico).
Program-propose
... opened to the imagination and forces of those who add as a whole In each place and country, to carry out a series of acts and activities coincident in the time and that are followed one another uninterruptedly, in principle to be developed and to include all the 2008, occurring to its public beginning the eve of next the 16 of February and/or that same day, date of the twelfth anniversary of the company/signature in the Agreements of San Andr�s between the EZLN and the Mexican government, but failed to fulfill by the this last and following governments who have happened to him since then. Between such possible initiatives, its concretion and calendar could be as it follows: 15 and 16-February: in each place (city and country) to make informative press conferences and acts to present the Campaign, its reasons and objectives, announcing from that moment its beginning and summoning to add itself to the different activities that are developed to the effect. 22-February to the?-April: SUPPORT in the European TOUR of CAPISE, beginning in the Spanish state, with all the informative acts, interviews, meetings and other activities that can be made specific to the effect. 22 to 29-February: acts of information on the VI-CCIODH (international civil commission of observation of human rights in Mexico), its conclusions and recommendations... in the places where every one understands and can make it.
10 to 19-March: campaign informative in Airports and Travel agencies main, directed whoever to go to Mexico and explaining true reality of that country... taking advantage of dates and vacations Easter (or in each place, when better it is understood that such activity could come, for example, being able to do later also facing the summer and in the dates of Christmas).
10-April: concerts y/u other cultural activities in support to the general Campaign... choosing this date to be the anniversary of the murder of Zapata.
4-May: beginning of campaign of solidarity with l*s pres*s pol�tic*s zapatistas and of all Mexico... of 6 to 9 months of duration, by means of exhibition of paintings, photos and posters... being able to divide of a concrete country and city of the European territory, to continue later by the rest (according to to the possibilities of interest and precise covers occurred), in each place being able to be adding to more works and materials, finishing by example in the Spanish state, it stops in his end to arrive at Mexico (between October and December), to cross the long waits that there are in the jails and where it is possible more to be arrived, soliciing that of it could be ordered and be assumed by the Other Campaign and the FPDT and the APPO and...? With such initiative, the idea entails another way of in addition trying to imply to artists and intellectuals, especially being able to take advantage of the tour CAPISE to be promoting it and successfully obtaining works, that soon could end up auctioning itself and that the money was for the necessities of legal resources or others of the prisoners and prey of there... On the other hand, the date indicated for its possible beginning is not accidental, because it would be to agree with the sad anniversary of the happened thing in the Atenco-Texcoco. Like possible, to decide: ... before May, that the people reunan themselves by states and at the end of May, via Internet or also meeting at European level in the place that more good is considered, to design and to make specific that caravan of 15 days by Chiapas, next to all the others that she remembers and she comes, simultaneously that this became a mediatic phenomenon to inform, to spread and to sensitize to the rest of the planet....
June: campaign of massive mobilizations, preferredly manifestations, but also like alternative or parallelly with concentrations, long waits, occupations, etc... trying to make agree the dates in all the places that are made.
End-June to half-full-July (15 days, being to fix the dates between tod*s): permanent caravan of international observers, trying whom outside very remarkable in number of components (we say like ideal minimum - by example of 150 to 200 people), that visits the Snails, MAREZ and zapatistas communities (with greater problems and conflicts) in Chiapas...
During the same one, filming soon to publish and to spread �??Documental-Chiapas-2008.
Complementary documentation and informative Supports informative Dossier: as a booklet (dyne-4, in black and white), with distance and massive distribution, focused mainly to Chiapas and the zapatistas communities, the construction and its processes of autonomy, the earth problems, etc.... And, sure reserving some pages also to dedicate them to explain the cases, reasons, precedents, processes and the present time of the rest of the diverse opened conflicts in Mexico (Acteal, Atenco, Oaxaca...)
Public declaration and Call against the War in Chiapas-Mexico: as a public denunciation, declaration of intentions, reivindicativas exigencies (peace, justice, etc) and call of solidarity.
Collection of companies of support to the Manifesto or Declaration: Filmed interview (video) to Ernesto Ledesma-CAPISE: in order to happen later in the acts that are made. Page Web: of new creation and with the participation in its preparation and development of all those groups and/or people who as�� want it and they are committed. IMPORTANT: from the beginning to try the creation of a list of contacts, by which they can tod*s inquire and inform into direct form.... This list can be the first passage for such page Web. COMIC on zapatismo 1994- 2008... .con the chronology that has elaborated the people of Jovel recently as it bases informative, to request to Patxi Irurzun (writer) and Juan Kalvellido (sketcher) that tried to design it and to do it.

� vamos, vamos, vamos !!!
Propuesta
Con el prop�sito de activar una reacci�n -coordinada y masiva- de protesta, denuncia, presi�n y reivindicaci�n sobre la realidad de M�xico, nos dirigimos a todos los colectivos, organizaciones y personas solidarias del �mbito europeo, para entre el conjunto lanzar y desarrollar una Campa�a de solidaridad y apoyo mutuo en la pr�ctica con las comunidades zapatistas en Chiapas y contra la represi�n que vienen sufriendo desde 1994, incrementada en los �ltimos tiempos de manera alarmante, con claras se�ales de reactivar, recrudecer e imponer definitivamente en ese estado del sureste mexicano la mal llamada "guerra de baja intensidad" (GBI), que solo pretende el exterminio y genocidio contra sus pueblos y pobladores ind�genas, empezando por quienes se proclaman zapatistas y siguen resistiendo con dignidad por sus derechos individuales y colectivos, construyendo su autonom�a, ejerciendo la democracia directa e inventando en cada momento la otra manera de hacer pol�tica, la otra manera de gobernar, gobernarse y construir en el aqu� y ahora el nuevo mundo que llevamos en nuestros corazones.
En tal campa�a, sin dejar fuera de sus objetivos generales el justo reclamo al cumplimiento de los Acuerdos de San Andr�s, la libertad de tod*s l*s pres*s pol�tic*s, el respeto a los derechos humanos y contra los diversos conflictos abiertos que sufren los gentes y pueblos de todo M�xico, principalmente los ind�genas, generado y potenciado con total impunidad desde el propio gobierno (federal y estatales), mediante sus fuerzas policiales, militares y paramilitares, con el c�mplice y generalizado silencio de los medios de comunicaci�n nacionales e internacionales, en connivencia con los intereses del gran capital, su neoliberalismo y las multinacionales que lo representan, dentro de un clima y proceder de constante tensi�n, desprecio, represi�n, despojo, genocidio y fascismo.
Y en lo m�s espec�fico a�n, el fin de esta Campa�a ser�a �con todo lo que adem�s se decida acompa�ar por quienes a ella se sumen- el conseguir formar una Caravana europea de Solidaridad que en el verano y durante 15 d�as recorra las distintas zonas y comunidades zapatistas en conflicto de Chiapas (M�xico).
Programa-propuesta
...abierto a la imaginaci�n y fuerzas de quienes se sumen en su conjunto
En cada lugar y pa�s, llevar a cabo una serie de actos y actividades coincidentes en el tiempo y que se vayan sucediendo ininterrumpidamente, en principio para desarrollarse y abarcar todo el 2008, d�ndose su inicio p�blico la v�spera del pr�ximo 16 de febrero y/o ese mismo d�a, fecha del duod�cimo aniversario de la firma de los Acuerdos de San Andr�s entre el EZLN y el gobierno mexicano, pero incumplidos por este �ltimo y los siguientes gobiernos que le han sucedido desde entonces.
Entre tales iniciativas posibles, su concreci�n y calendario podr�a quedar como sigue:
15 y 16-febrero: en cada lugar (ciudad y pa�s) realizar ruedas de prensa y actos informativos para dar a conocer la Campa�a , sus motivos y objetivos, anunciando desde ese momento su inicio y convocando a sumarse a las distintas actividades que se vayan desarrollando al efecto.
22-febrero al ?-abril: APOYO en la GIRA europea de CAPISE, empezando en el estado espa�ol, con todos los actos informativos, entrevistas, reuniones y dem�s actividades que se puedan concretar al efecto.
22 al 29-febrero: actos de informaci�n sobre la VI-CCIODH (comisi�n civil internacional de observaci�n de derechos humanos en M�xico), sus conclusiones y recomendaciones... en los lugares donde cada quien entienda y pueda realizarlo.
10 a 19-marzo: campa�a informativa en Aeropuertos y Agencias de Viaje principales, dirigida a quienes quieran ir a M�xico y explicando la verdadera realidad de aquel pa�s... aprovechando las fechas y vacaciones de Semana Santa (o en cada lugar, cuando mejor se entienda que pudiera proceder tal actividad, por ejemplo, pudi�ndose hacer tambi�n de cara al verano y m�s tarde en las fechas de navidad).
10-abril: conciertos y/u otras actividades culturales en apoyo a la Campa�a general... eligiendo esta fecha por ser el aniversario del asesinato de Zapata.
4-mayo: inicio de campa�a de solidaridad con l*s pres*s pol�tic*s zapatistas y de todo M�xico... de 6 a 9 meses de duraci�n, mediante exposici�n de pinturas, fotos y carteles... pudiendo partir de un pa�s y ciudad concretos del territorio europeo, para continuar despu�s por el resto (seg�n se dieran las posibilidades de inter�s y coberturas precisas), en cada lugar pudiendo ir a�adiendo m�s obras y materiales, terminando por ejemplo- en el estado espa�ol, para en su final llegar a M�xico (entre octubre y diciembre), recorrer los plantones que hay en las c�rceles y donde m�s se pueda llegar, solicitando que de ello se pudieran encargar y asumir por la Otra Campa�a y el FPDT y la APPO y... ????
Con tal iniciativa, la idea conlleva otra manera de adem�s- intentar de implicar a artistas e intelectuales, m�xime pudiendo aprovechar la gira de CAPISE para ir promocion�ndolo y recabando obras, que luego podr�an terminar subast�ndose y que el dinero fuera para las necesidades de recursos jur�dicos u otras de los presos y presas de all�... Por otra parte, la fecha indicada para su posible comienzo no es casual, pues ser�a coincidir con el triste aniversario de lo ocurrido en Atenco-Texcoco.
Como posible, por decidir: ...antes de mayo, que las gentes se reunan por estados y a finales de mayo, v�a internet o tambi�n reuni�ndose a nivel europeo en el lugar que mejor se considere, para dise�ar y concretar esa caravana de 15 d�as por Chiapas, junto a todo lo dem�s que se acuerde y proceda, a la vez que esto se convirtiese en un fen�meno medi�tico para informar, difundir y sensibilizar al resto del planeta....
junio: campa�a de movilizaciones masivas, preferentemente manifestaciones, pero tambi�n como alternativa o paralelamente con concentraciones, plantones, ocupaciones, etc... procurando hacer coincidir las fechas en todos los lugares que se realicen.
Finales-junio a mediados-julio (15 d�as, quedando por fijar las fechas entre tod*s): caravana permanente de observadores internacionales, pretendiendo que fuera muy notable en n�mero de componentes (digamos como m�nimo ideal -por ejemplo- de 150 a 200 personas), que visite los Caracoles, MAREZ y comunidades zapatistas (con mayores problemas y conflictos) en Chiapas...
Durante la misma, filmando para luego editar y difundir un “Documental-Chiapas-2008.
Documentaci�n complementaria y Soportes informativos
Dossier informativo: a modo de cuadernillo (dina-4, en blanco y negro), con tirada y reparto masivo, enfocado principalmente a Chiapas y las comunidades zapatistas, la construcci�n y sus procesos de autonom�a, los problemas de tierra, etc.... Y, claro, reservando algunas p�ginas para tambi�n dedicarlas a explicar los casos, motivos, precedentes, procesos y actualidad del resto de los diversos conflictos abiertos en M�xico (Acteal, Atenco, Oaxaca...)
Declaraci�n P�blica y Llamamiento contra la Guerra en Chiapas-M�xico: a modo de denuncia p�blica, declaraci�n de intenciones, exigencias reivindicativas (paz, justicia, etc) y llamamiento de solidaridad.
Recogida de firmas de apoyo al Manifiesto o Declaraci�n:
Entrevista filmada (video) a Ernesto Ledesma-CAPISE: para pasar despu�s en los actos que se realicen.
P�gina web: de nueva creaci�n y con la participaci�n en su confecci�n y desarrollo de todos aquellos colectivos y/o personas que as�� lo quieran y se comprometan.
IMPORTANTE: intentar desde el principio la creaci�n de una lista de contactos, por la que puedan tod*s informarse e informar de forma directa.... Dicha lista puede ser el primer paso para tal p�gina web.
COMIC sobre zapatismo 1994- 2008....con la cronolog�a que ha elaborado recientemente las gentes de Jovel como base informativa, pedir a Patxi Irurzun (escritor) y Juan Kalvellido (dibujante) que intentaran dise�arlo y hacerlo.
