vanwege overschreven bouwtijd??

 kan iemand mij dit uitleggen. want ik begrijp echt niet waarom dit huis nu weg moet. Het is toch niet waar dat wanneer ik een huis ga bouwen en er langer over doe dan geplant en met de gemeente had kortgeslote (tijd gekrege) het dan maar helemaal moet vernielen?
